1. Enjoy your moment… The right way!

Here at Mt. Retour we recognise that with everyday life and work comes stress, and with an excess of stress comes an unhappy lifestyle. In proper doses, good stress drives results but too little or too much will leave you lax or burnt out. Uncheck it is something toxic which will inhibit your results in everyday life, something toxic in which will consume your happiness over time, leading to a unfulfilling life.

We stress these precious moments because they are few and far in-between. But with life we make excuses not to pursue this meaning. Time, Money and Energy are the biggest excuses. You can still find your real results, after all they are just excuses, but to be aware of them is the first step. Find your own time; nothing will change if you don’t make the time. You have the time. Live the moment. Even if you are busy and stressed from your everyday life just never forget to take time to enjoy your moment.

It could be a coffee with friends, an evening stroll, a short novel. Remember to step back and take a deep breath and start living again.

It could be caused by boredom, enthusiasm, passion or any other driving motivation such as work but whatever the reason you must ensure that you are not overindulging in your daily life.
